Alkejda joined PONT RPO as a Data Manager and Analyses Officer in April 2025. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, and has over 5 years of experience in financial management and data analysis.

Before joining PONT, she worked for three years in the private business sector, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations and business management. Later, she joined the National Agency for Protected Areas in Albania, where she managed the financial aspects of five PONT-funded grants. Through her work, Alkejda developed a strong background in financial planning, grant management, and data-driven decision-making processes.

Her academic foundation in finance, combined with her experience across different sectors, enables her to bring precision, structure, and analytical insight into the environmental grant management field. She is passionate about using data to support strategic decision-making, enhance transparency, and foster sustainable development initiatives.
