Oliver Habighorst is a lawyer and civil law notary in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Oliver graduated from the University of Bielefeld and holds a doctorate from the University of Heidelberg. He can look back on more than 30 years of experience advising companies and NGOs of various size and kind. Mostly as a partner of the global law firm White & Case where the focus is on supporting companies of all legal forms and foundations in their structuring and restructuring including governance issues as well as advising their executive bodies. He is also qualified as certified tax lawyer. Oliver feels a close connection to PONT and its affiliated foundations as ​he has been by their side since inception.
