Johanna Bohman joined PONT as an Operations Officer in June 2026. Johanna holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Development studies from Stockholm University, Sweden and a master’s degree in Environment and Society Studies from Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Prior to joining PONT, she worked at KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation in the Netherlands where she coordinated multi-country consortia, implementation and research proposals within global health for institutional donors. In previous roles she supported sales processes in sustainable finance services, sustainability research, and marketing and communication from private sector companies and organizations.

She is an impact-driven professional with experience in institutional fundraising, multi-stakeholder partnerships and sustainable initiatives. With a multi-disciplinary background ranging from proposal development, communications and administration across various roles at NGOs and the private sector, Johanna brings a collaborative mindset and structured approach to further optimize processes at PONT.
